We displayed this beautiful piece in our dinning room during the time we had it in out possession. It was in good company as we shared meals and lively conversation with family and friends!
The vessel occupied a place of honor positioned under a picture light that reflected its radiant color and markings.
We have passed along to a well known Tacoma artist and his wife who is a poet.
We are thankful in the giving and receiving,
Michelle and Mark Brooks
Patra #3 reflecting Rhythm of Nature with William Turner’s “The Valley – Red Tree.” We are so honored to be caregivers for this vessel as we contemplate where to send it next.
We are lovingly passing on Vessel #3 today to our friends Greg and Peggy Yuckert. It has been a joy of beauty and peace to have in our home. We feel very fortunate to have been its caretakers for the past few months.
Looking at Vessel #3 I see a sense of poise and flow reflecting the line and rhythm in my painting, More Blue, hanging behind it. There is a wonderful organiic feel to the bowl; I sense the fire and human hand that created it and endowed it with beauty and spirit. – William Turner
